Refund policy

This policy explains how to return an order from Miracle Mango (miraclegiftco.com) and how we refund you. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no explanation needed. If your order arrives in more than one package, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last one.

How to start a return

Before the 14 days are up, email us at miraclegiftco@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. We work with more than one supplier, so the return address may not be the same for every product: please don't send anything back without contacting us first. Once we send you the address, ship the item within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered: in those cases, we cover it.

Condition of the item

You can open and try the item as you would in a physical store. If it has been used beyond that and has lost value (for example, it is dirty, torn or bitten), we may deduct that loss from your refund. If possible, return it in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective (for example, it doesn't change color) or not what you ordered, email us at miraclegiftco@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the one you have following this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including any original shipping charge, to your original payment method at no cost to you. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you shipped it. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
