This policy explains how we ship orders from Miracle Mango (miraclegiftco.com).

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and usually arrive within 5–8 business days after they ship (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods such as Black Friday or the holidays, delivery may take a few extra days; if so, we will let you know on our store.

Where we ship from

We work with suppliers that ship products directly from their warehouses in the United States. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. It can take 24–72 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.

Delays and problems

If your order takes longer than the delivery time above, email us at miraclegiftco@hotmail.com with your order number and we will check with the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send you a new one or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible: if your order hasn't shipped yet, we will correct it. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or it couldn't be delivered after several attempts, we will offer to ship it again (with the new shipping cost paid by you) or refund your order minus our shipping costs.
