Terms of service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Miracle Mango online store (miraclegiftco.com) and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you accept them. Each order is governed by the version in effect when it is placed.

Our store runs on Shopify, but your purchase contract is directly with us: Shopify is not a party to it.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), provide accurate information and keep your account secure if you create one. Our products are designed for teens and adults (14+). We sell for personal use, not for resale.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen and, for Miracle Mango, on the temperature. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax and other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will let you know and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Product safety
Miracle Mango is a soft foam squishy with small beads inside. It is designed for teens and adults (14+). It contains small parts: it is not a toy for young children, so keep it away from them and from pets. Do not bite it or use sharp objects on it.
How to place an order
Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and payment method, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct all your information before paying. We will then email you an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt; we keep an electronic copy that you can request. If a product goes out of stock or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel your order before it ships and refund everything you paid.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you confirm your order, through a secure payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to the person you designate.
Returns and defective items
You can return your order as explained in our Refund Policy. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. We are the seller and we are responsible to you even when the product is shipped directly by our supplier.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of this store belong to DAKKOVCORP or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.
Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk, or access it with bots or automated agents that do not identify themselves. Reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive content. If you break these terms, we may block your access.
Liability
We are responsible for our obligations as required by law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store, for delays caused by events beyond our control, or for the content of third-party websites or tools we link to. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; changes only apply to orders placed after they are published.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable US federal law. If you have a problem, email us at miraclegiftco@hotmail.com and we will try to solve it. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or bring a claim in the courts where you live.
